Alleyne's Sports Centre has a superb range of equipment, swimming pool and changing rooms, and there is a diverse programme of activities to suit all ages and tastes that is continually being reviewed and developed.
The outside facilities comprise of a full sized synthetic pitch, a range of grass pitches, and tennis courts. The indoor facilities include a 25m six-lane swimming pool, a four badminton court sports hall, two glass-backed squash courts, a state-of-the-art coach education suite and a small meeting room. All of the sports facilities have individual changing accommodation.

Courts can be booked six days in advance. Members can book over the phone without payment.
Members 9am - 9pm
Non-members 10am - 9pm
Fun exercise to music, all done in shallow water (so suitable for non-swimmers). A great, safe way to get fit, healthy and toned up! The water is used as a support or force to work against making exercise strenuous, but stress free on all joints. This class is suitable for all levels of fitness.

An infrared device, large enough for two people, provides a great way to relax at a more comfortable temperature than traditional steam saunas.
£6.50 per hour including a public swim session (must be booked in advance).
