Civic Centre, Riverside

Proposed development on the Civic Centre site.

The Civic Centre building adjoins the major regeneration proposals at Tipping Street and the Riverside Regeneration scheme.

The Council is entering discussions with its landlord with a view to a more commercial and exciting use of the building, to encourage and support other proposed developments immediately surrounding the Civic Centre. Attention is being focused on opening up the South Walls frontage of the building to integrate the building with the new Staffordshire County Council HQ on Tipping Street and the planned development on Riverside.
