Environmental Health Services

Stafford Borough Council has a legal duty to enforce the Food Safety Act, the Health and Safety at Work etc Act and other related legislation.

As well as enforcing food safety legislation and advising businesses with regard to food safety, Environmental & Health Services is a focal point for food safety & hygiene and seeking to reduce incidents of Food Poisoning & infectious disease in the community.
