As part of the Sustainability Appraisal process for Development Plan Document Number 2 (DPD2) in July 2005 a Scoping Report was published and consulted upon followed by the Interim Sustainability Appraisal Report in September and October 2005. Following the Sustainability Appraisal Scoping Report consultation stage the Sustainability Appraisal Report has been prepared to assess Development Plan Document Number 2 in terms of sustainable development. The consultation period for making representations on the Sustainability Appraisal Report for Development Plan Document Number 2 closed at 12 noon on Monday 15 May 2006.
