Please note we do not take cash payments at the Civic Centre.

The Finance and Revenues division has two major service areas, namely Financial Services and Revenues.

The Revenues division is responsible for the collection of Council Tax and Business Rates and for the payment of Housing and Council Tax Benefits. Our aim is "To collect Revenues and pay benefits correctly, on time, with courtesy and respect".

Financial Services offers a support service to the Council by providing Internal Audit, Risk Management/Insurance and Financial control services. In this respect our aim is "To deliver an efficient and effective Financial Service to all Council Services, Members of the Council and the public for the benefit of the whole community".
