All classes should be booked in advance. If you cannot make the class, please call to cancel as we can then offer the place to other members. You do not need a Momentum membership to attend these classes.
We have descriptions of each class available if you're unsure what the class involves. You can also give us a call on 01785 619500 if you would like to know more. Classes start from £3.80.
There are no Fitness Classes at the Stafford Leisure Centre on bank holidays.
