People who are active are more likely to live longer, enjoy healthier lifestyles and remain independent.
It is recommended that everyone should be doing at least 150 minutes of moderate level activity per week. This can be broken down into short timeframes.
The activity should ideally be a mixture of low to medium intensity exercise including walking, housework, gardening etc and medium to high intensity exercise including aerobic and resistance based exercises.

Activities include: Gym sessions, Swimming, Badminton, Squash, Tennis and Astro Turf courts and many fitness classes including Pilates, Spin, Circuits, Zumba and many more.
