Information for adjoining Parish Councils

As part of the Planning and Compulsory Purchase Act 2004, Regulation 25 sets out the means in which local planning authorities consult local development documents (LDDs) as part of Local Development Frameworks (LDFs). This involves consulting other 'local authorities', including adjacent parish councils to Stafford Borough in addition to those within it. All consultations on documents that form part of the LDF will be invited to take part and make representations.
