Stafford Borough Strategic Board has statutory responsibility for Community Safety for the Borough. The Board consists of a number of major agencies who collectively work together to implement and manage initiatives that reduce crime.
Staffordshire Observatory produces a Community Safety Strategic Assessment on an annual basis which is used as an evidence base for determining the priorities of the Board.
