You will also receive a FREE induction to the Gym and a personal fitness programme written by one of our qualified instructors. Your membership includes a free initial one to one induction, where you will be shown how to use all of the equipment in the state of the art gym and given a personal fitness programme.

You will also get access to a wide range of fitness classes at Stafford Leisure Centre and Westbridge Park Fitness Centre, the Easyline Studio and swimming pools at Stafford Leisure Centre and Alleyne's Sports Centre.

Also, when you become a member, there is NO joining fee and NO induction fee.
