Our Customer Service section is responsible for creating a customer-focused environment within the Authority through the provision of an all-encompassing customer one-stop contact centre.  They are also responsible for providing the lead on the modernisation of service through the introduction of the Customer Relationship Management (CRM) and Electronic Document Records Management (EDRM).

Benchmarking of Council Services

The Performance Management Team is responsible for the promotion of a performance culture throughout the Borough Council by supporting its strategic function and facilitating the review and development of our SMART performance measures / indicators for the benefit of our stakeholders.  This team is responsible for the production of the Annual Report on behalf of the Borough Council.

The Policy and Partnership Team is responsible for the strategic development of policy and partnerships across the Borough in line with national and local priorities.
