Local Development Scheme (LDS) 2008

The Revised Local Development Scheme (LDS) was agreed by Government Office for the West Midlands (GOWM) and brought into effect on 6th January 2009 following Cabinet approval. This LDS replaces the submitted LDS that was brought into effect in September 2007.

The 2008 LDS contains the following documents:

• Core Strategy DPD (The Plan for Stafford Borough);
• Development Management DPD;
• Allocations and Site Specific Policy DPD
• Affordable Housing SPD
• Extensions to dwellings and space about dwellings SPD
• Green Infrastructure SPD
• Developer Contributions SPD

The next consultation will be the Draft Publication for The Plan for Stafford Borough in September 2011.
