A. Please ensure you attach the ticket to the inside of the front windscreen, in a prominent position so that the reference number and expiry date can be clearly seen from the outside of the vehicle.
A. Yes, the season ticket holder is subject to the current Stafford Borough Council off street parking places order (which is available for inspection at the civic centre) and you must comply with the car park regulations as stated on the signs situated by the pay and display machines.
A. If you change your vehicle you will need to have the ticket amended; please email your details to carparking@staffordbc.gov.uk a new season ticket will be issued upon receipt of your old one for an administration fee of £10.00.
A. Yes, a reminder will be sent to you prior to your ticket expiry date, if you purchased a 3, 6 or 12 month ticket.
A. Any vehicle not adhering to the car park regulations and terms and conditions of use of the season ticket will be liable to a penalty charge notice of £50 or £70 dependent on the contravention.
A. No, Season tickets are not interchangeable between vehicles unless you have nominated two registration numbers.

A. No, The issue of a season ticket does not guarantee a parking space.
A. If you wish to cancel your season ticket before its expiry date refunds will only be made on remaining complete months.
