Stafford Borough Council's Housing Strategy

Stafford Borough Council's Housing Strategy is published every five years and identifies the housing needs of Stafford Borough and sets housing investment priorities.

Stafford Borough Council's Housing Strategy - 'Homes for our Community (2008-13)' has now been passed as 'fit for purpose' by the Government Office West Midlands. 

Stafford Borough Council's Housing Strategy outlines the following 5 priorities:

1.      Improving the Physical Condition of the Housing Stock Across all Tenures

2.      Preventing Homelessness

3.      Increasing the Supply of Affordable Housing

4.      Promoting Independent Living for Disabled People

5.      Partnership Working
