Staffordshire Local Food Directory

Staffordshire Local Food Directory Now in its fourth edition, the Staffordshire Local Food Directory was originally published in August 2003 by Stafford Borough Council Local Food Links, which was set up as part of Stafford Borough Council's Local Agenda 21 programme for sustainable development.  The Directory lists over 100 local food outlets across Staffordshire and its near surrounds.  There is also a series of information pages explaining the benefits of local food to our economy, community and environment.

Copies can be obtained from local libraries, Tourist Information Centres and Council offices.
