If you provide any personal information in order to use this service, it will only be used for the purposes of online payments. It will not be shared with any third party without your consent, unless required by law.

Parking Penalty Charge Notices with a prefix of ZZ (enter in capital letters)
All other Fines
Car Parking Season Tickets

Please note that from 1 April 2009 there is an additional charge of 1.3% for Council Tax and Business Rates payments made by credit card. There is no fee for payments made by debit cards.

Direct Debit is recommended to all our customers, as this is the most efficient method of payment. Instalments are automatically collected from your Bank or Building Society as they fall due. You will always be informed well in advance of your monthly instalments giving you time to query them if necessary.
