Revised Local Development Scheme (LDS) 2007

The Revised Local Development Scheme (LDS) was agreed by Government Office for the West Midlands (GOWM) and brought into effect on 19 September 2007 following Cabinet approval. This LDS replaces the first submitted LDS that was brought into effect in March 2005.

The 2007 LDS will contain the following documents:

• Core Strategy DPD;
• Development Management DPD;
• Allocations and Site Specific Policy DPD.
