To encourage and promote sustainable food production, transportation, access and consumption in Stafford Borough in order to improve the health and well-being of residents, support the local economy and protect our environment both locally and globally.

Objectives:

• To facilitate a partnership approach to sustainable food production, transportation, access and consumption in Stafford Borough
• To initiate local food projects and initiatives
• To provide a forum for information exchange
• To educate and inform the public on sustainable food issues
