Stafford Borough Council's Streetscene service undertakes routine cutting of grass in urban areas together with tree and hedge pruning and shrub bed maintenance.

Grass areas which are the responsibility of the Council are cut on a rota between April and September. Continued bad weather can delay cutting and extended dry weather may make cutting unnecessary.
