Development Plan Document Number 3 sets out the planning policy approach for Sport and Recreation, Planning Obligations and Community Services & Facilities in Stafford Borough for at least 10 years. This Development Plan Document has been prepared to be in conformity with the Core Strategy Development Plan Document.
As part of the new planning system the Development Plan Document will pass through a series of stages in the preparation, production and adoption process. Whilst the Development Plan Document is being prepared it will be assessed in terms of sustainable development through the Sustainability Appraisal process.
