Staffordshire Disability Survey

Although we have produced our Disability Equality Scheme we recognise that it is a living document, which needs to be updated and revised. Therefore the disability survey will still be available online.

If you'd like to have your say in shaping the future of disability equality in Staffordshire, please complete this online survey.
