Civic Centre, Riverside

The Civic Centre building adjoins the major regeneration proposals at Tipping Street and the Riverside Regeneration scheme.

The owner of the Civic Centre is currently in discussion with the Borough Council with a view to taking forward a range of improvements which could include a new frontage on South Walls as well as a  new restaurant with a terrace overlooking the river.
