Leisure Services events, like the successful annual Stafford Half Marathon, summer Stafford Festival and the Christmas Lights Switch On all offer the perfect opportunity to enhance your company/brand profile through sponsorship.
Association with Stafford Borough Council's Leisure Services events in the form of income, equipment or skills enhances the services we already provide to the community. Sponsorship information packs are available on request detailing the sponsorship packages available and illustrating the promotional avenues used to generate awareness of the events. The marketing mix consists of a range of media such as banners and posters in highly visible town centre locations, borough entry signs, magazine advertisements, regional brochure distribution, bill board adverts and widespread press coverage.

Regeneration projects are an important and ongoing part of the work done by the Borough Council. Town Centre Management works on numerous projects including marketing and promoting the town centre, ensuring the town centre remains vibrant, clean and an attractive place for its residents, workers and visitors. Various events such as the Christmas Light Switch-on and temporary ice rinks take place in the Market square throughout the year, we are always looking at environmental enhancements including - street furniture, new Christmas lights and signage for the town - there are lots of opportunities for local businesses to work with us to sponsor these things.
