Stafford Borough Council has taken a lead in developing this Locality Children's board as the benefits are clear in terms of ensuring we have an active role in supporting the working together of all parties in terms of both communication and delivery of services for children and young people in the borough of Stafford.

The Board is responsible for the delivery of outcomes against the 'Every Child Matters' Framework. The five outcomes for children and young people are:

• Enjoying and Achieving
• Making a Positive Contribution
• Achieving Economic Well-being
