Walking for Health

In Stafford Borough

The Walking for Health in Stafford Borough Initiative was set up in 2002 with funding from the national Walking the Way to Health Initiative.  It aims to improve the health of our Borough by encourage people to walk more.  A series of short led walks have been set up as well as local walking groups.  You can join in with any of these walks or become a Volunteer Walk Leader yourself.
