Doorstep Walks

What is a Doorstep Walk?

Doorstep Walks Pack
  • Doorstep Walks help the 'walker' to explore all sorts of interesting features in their neighbourhood.

  • The Doorstep Walk aims to encourage walking and the pursuit of healthier lifestyles.

  • Doorstep Walks make use of the Public Rights of Way network. But beware, a few sections of the walk can become muddy and wet at certain times of the year. Boots and wellies are recommended!

  • Each Doorstep Walk has a specially designed leaflet to guide you. The leaflets were designed by local school children and volunteers who helped identify the route and points of interest.
