    Cash flow template: a forecasted month by month account of the money flowing into your business and flowing out.

    Personal survival budget template: details of your personal average income (eg wages) less your personal average expenditure (eg mortgage, rent, food).  This will give you an idea of what you need to take out of the business to ensure you have enough to live off.
