Community Connectors is a volunteer led service that works to engage with older, more isolated people within Stafford Borough and helps connect them with services and support to help improve their health and wellbeing.
The volunteers are from local communities and are managed by a co-ordinator here at the Council. All our volunteer connectors are caring and compassionate people who are able to offer information about local activities, help gain access to local services and accompany those accessing the service to social events and activities until they feel confident enough to go alone.
