This is to help us make sure that we are sending council tax bills to the right address whilst a property is empty, and that any Council Tax charges are accurate. You will need to confirm the name of the person(s) liable to pay Council Tax and whether the property is occupied and/or furnished.

You should only complete this form if the Council has sent you an Empty Homes Review letter.
