We asked Stafford people what they wanted, and you wanted food, retail stalls, demonstrations, displays and live entertainment - so that's what we're going to do! Why Stafford Walking Street? In Asia they block off several streets usually on a Saturday or Sunday evening and everyone meets up, socialise, eat and drinks and walks up and down the streets browsing. Running 3pm until 9pm, which will give everyone time to come along and enjoy the event from families with children, those finishing work to get a bite to eat to those heading out for an evening with friends and/or family.
