Finding Employment in Stafford - Work Clubs

    Work Clubs are held around Stafford every week to help jobseekers in Stafford and the surrounding areas in their efforts to find work. All sessions are held in accessible venues and offer free support and guidance in an informal, friendly environment. 

    The drop in sessions held every week are:

    Mondays, 10am-12pm, Stafford Library, Tipping Street
    Mondays, 2pm-4pm, Holmcroft Library, Holmcroft Road
    Tuesdays, 2pm-4pm, Rising Brook Library, Merrey Road
    Wednesdays, 10am-12pm, Northfield Centre, Magnolia Avenue
    Thursday 2pm-4pm Stafford Library, Tipping Street 

    The Signpost Centre, Auden Way, Highfields, have two community workers available every weekday from 9.30am to 2.30pm. On a drop in basis they provide assistance with job searching, CV writing and printing, benefits phone calls, form filling, budgeting, and interview preparation. 

    The Stone Community Hub, Lichfield Street, offer help with job searches, CV writing, interview preparation and completing application forms on Tuesday mornings 10:00am to 1:00pm 

    Stafford Works hold a Jobs Club every Tuesday - 10:00am to 12pm at the Stafford Conservative Association, Castle Street. Friendly advice is on offer on a drop in basis for people who need help with their CV, and advice on how to be successful during interviews.
