Helping your Business

    Here at the Borough Council, we want to try to help you where we can, and whilst we may not be able to provide all the answers, hopefully we can point you in the direction of the wealth of free help and advice that is out there for companies experiencing difficulties.

    We have a team of people in our Regeneration Department who specialise in different areas of the local economy, who are here to offer as much assistance as possible, which include;

    • If you are looking to relocate to another part of the Borough, or even downsize your premises during the economic downturn, our Economic Development Officer can help you find new premises.
    • If you are a retailer in Stafford we have a dedicated Town Centre Development Officer who is here to try to help you.
    • If your business is in a rural area, our Economic Development Officer specialises in developing our rural economy and can look at what grants there may be for you.
