All local private sector landlords are welcome to join us for our landlord forums. Our officers, alongside National Residential Landlords Association (NRLA) representative Sandra Towers as well as guest speakers, will tell you all you need to know to stay up to date with the latest regulatory changes. Please come and take advantage of the latest opportunities that affect the private rented sector. 

We are currently conducting forum meetings remotely with support from NRLA. The last meeting was on 24 November 2021 and we will provide details of the next meeting once it is agreed, but is likely to be in Autumn/Winter 2022. 

In the meantime if any landlord has any queries on housing standards matters, wants to be added to our mailing list or is looking for support in finding a tenant they are welcome to contact the team by emailing housingstandards@staffordbc.gov.uk.
