Housing Market Assessment

In 2008 we completed a Strategic Housing Market Assessment which was done in partnership with Newcastle Borough Council, Staffordshire Moorlands District Council, East Staffordshire Borough Council and Stoke City Council.

The Housing Market Assessment identifies the need for affordable housing in the five local authority areas and uses key information to identify housing markets in the sub-region.
