You can end your garage tenancy by emailing legalservices@staffordbc.gov.uk.

Ending your tenancy

We require seven days' written notice for ending the tenancy on your garage.

You also need to make sure you have:

• paid all rent due up to the notice to quit date
• removed all your items out of the garage
• returned your garage keys to the Legal Services Team at Stafford Borough Council, Civic Centre, Riverside ST16 3AQ
