Council expenditure over £500

It is important that residents can see how the money they pay in council tax is spent.

This spending report shows what we pay to all suppliers and agencies where individual items of expenditure are £500 or more (excluding VAT).

These reports include:

• all items we purchase
• payments we make to contractors carrying out work on our behalf
• other spending incurred in carrying out our business

Some supplier names within the reports are shown as 'Redacted Personal data'.  This follows government guidelines for payments made to certain private individuals where naming them may contravene data protection laws.

Public notice for inspection of council records

The Council's financial records may be inspected on any working day from 9.30am on Tuesday 12 July 2011 until 4.30pm on Monday 8 August 2011.  For further information, please see the full Notice of Public Rights.
