Application for the Review of a Premises Licence Licensing Act 2003

Notice is hereby given that Stafford Borough Council has on 10 October 2025 received an application for the review of the premises licence in respect of the premises known as Casa.

The grounds for the review application relate to the licensing objectives, Protection of Children from Harm, Public Safety, Prevention of Crime and Disorder.

Any person wishing to make representation in relation to this application may do so in writing by 7 November 2025 to: The Licensing Section, Stafford Borough Council, Civic Centre Riverside Stafford ST16 3AQ or by e-mail to ehlicensing@staffordbc.gov.uk

A copy of the application for the above licence is kept by the Licensing Section of Stafford Borough Council and may be viewed by appointment during office hours.

It is an offence to knowingly or recklessly make a false statement in connection with an application. The maximum fine, for which a person is liable on summary conviction for the offence, is level 5 on the standard scale, currently £5,000.
