I have lived on Parkside since 1994 with my wife Lily who recently passed away with lung cancer. I retired from the Royal Air Force in 1998 after 38 years service and then worked on 16 MU MOD Stafford from 1998 to 2008 when I was made redundant on the closure of the RAF Station. I am now retired.

I have had the honour of representing the residents of the Holmcroft Ward on the Borough Council since 2003 and have been successfully re-elected in the last five elections since. I also had the privilege of serving as the Deputy Mayor of the Borough for the year 2008/9 and as the Mayor of Stafford Borough in the year 2012/13.

I have been a School Governor at Parkside Primary Academy since 2003 and have fully supported all community groups and activities. I served on the Civilian Committee of No 395 Air Cadet Squadron from 2003 to 2018 and still maintain my Service links being a member of the Royal Air Sources Association and the Royal British Legion.

I am the Treasurer of the Conservative Group on the Borough Council and also serve on their Management Committee.
