I have lived in Littleworth for 20 years and brought up three children here. A primary school teacher by profession, I work providing care in the community. I am a member of Unite the union.

For seven years I was a board member of the former Stafford and Rural Homes housing association making sure tenants' voices were heard. No one can do well without a secure home base.

I am committed to standing up for those who worry about their futures. I do not believe cuts and austerity are economic necessities. It is about the right political choices and priorities.

I have always lived in Stafford, I worked at the Universal Grinding Wheel Company in Doxey for 33 years, following which I was a supervisor in storage and distribution until my retirement in March 2019. I am President of the local branch of the GMB trade union and also a member of the Co-operative Party.
