A public consultation exercise took place on the New Local Plan: Scoping the Issues and Settlement Assessment from 18 July 2018 to 18 September 2018.

Finding out what issues affect the Borough, and looking at options for addressing them, are important steps in producing the New Local Plan.  Responses received provided important views on key issues affecting the Borough, and will assist in shaping the new vision, settlement hierarchy and policy options for the New Local Plan 2020-2040.
