Health and Wellbeing - End of Life Care

No one likes to think about the end of their life, let alone talk about it, but it is important to share your wishes with your family and those close to you. If you or a loved one is approaching the end of life, decisions such as where to spend your last days, funeral wishes and who you would like to make decisions on your behalf about your care should be made.
