We are able to offer support to people who by reason of age, illness or disability require help with the collection of their bins.
The service means that, on your scheduled collection day, the relevant bin(s) will be collected from an accessible and visible point on your property, emptied and returned to the same location.
The initial 'Assistance Duration' is up to a maximum of 12 months. After the expiry of this agreed time of support, you will be contacted to see if you still require assistance and our records will be updated.

Please contact us on 01785 619402 and we will arrange to send out the relevant declaration form. If you qualify for an assisted collection, the service is normally in place within 12 days of your request being made.
