We provide a service for residents who are unable to place their wheeled bins/blue bags out for collection due to being infirm, elderly or having mobility issues and where there is no other able bodied person aged over 16 years permanently residing at the same address.
How it works
On your scheduled collection day, the relevant bin(s)/bag will be collected from an accessible and visible point on your property, emptied and returned to the same location.
You can use it up to a maximum of 12 months and after it ends we will contact you to see if you still require help and our records will be updated.

Telephone us on 01785 619402 and we will arrange to send out the relevant declaration form for you to fill in.
If you qualify for an assisted collection, this will normally be in place within 12 days of your request being made.
