You can apply for a Band C Season Ticket by calling 01785 619000 between 8.30am and 4.30pm Monday to Friday and press option 6 for parking.

Q. How quickly can I get one?
A. We require 14 days notice to process your applications. Your permit will begin on the 1st or 15th day of the month; whichever is closest once we’ve processed your application. Therefore, please ensure that you apply for your season ticket a minimum of 14 days and a maximum of 27 days before you need to use it.
Q. Can I use it on short stay car parks?
A. No, Band C Season Tickets are valid on long stay car parks only.
Q. Can I use on Stone car parks?
A. No, Stafford only at the moment.
Q. How long do they last?
A. You can purchase them to run for 1, 3, 6 or 12 months.
Q. Can I apply on line?
A. Not at the moment.
Q. Can I apply by phone?
A. Yes, dial 01785 619000 between 8.30am and 4.30pm Monday to Friday and press option 6 for parking.
You must be able to pay by credit or debit card.
Q. What if I want to purchase more than 1 ticket?
A. Email us at email@example.com or dial 01785 619000 between 8.30am and 4.30pm Monday to Friday and press option 6 for parking.
Q. Can I have more than one registration number?
A. Yes, you can apply to have up to two registration numbers on the same season ticket. Season ticket must be displayed when in use.
Q. I want my ticket to start later in the year
A. Contact us direct by email at firstname.lastname@example.org or dial 01785 619000 between 8.30am and 4.30pm Monday to Friday and press option 6 for parking.
Q. Where do I display the ticket?
A. Please ensure you attach the ticket to the inside of the front windscreen, in a prominent position so that the reference number and expiry date can be clearly seen from the outside of the vehicle.
Q. Are there any rules we must abide by?
A. Yes, the season ticket holder is subject to the current Stafford Borough Council off street parking places order (which is available for inspection at the civic centre) and you must comply with the car park regulations as stated on the signs situated by the pay and display machines.
Q. What happens if I change my vehicle?
A. If you change your vehicle you will need to have the ticket updated. To do this, please email your details to email@example.com. A new season ticket will be issued once we receive your old one for an administration fee of £11.
Q. Will you send a reminder?
A. Yes, a reminder will be sent to you prior to your ticket expiry date, if you purchased a 3, 6 or 12 month ticket.
Q. What will happen if I do not display my ticket?
A. Any vehicle not following the car park regulations and terms and conditions of use of the season ticket will be liable to a penalty charge notice of £50 or £70 dependent on the violation.
Q. Are season tickets interchangeable?
A. No, Season tickets are not interchangeable between vehicles unless you have nominated two registration numbers.
Q. What happens if I lose my ticket?
A. Lost season tickets with a single registration will be replaced at the discretion of the Council for a fee of £11. Tickets with 2 registration numbers will not be replaced.
Q. Am I guaranteed a parking space?
A. No, The issue of a season ticket does not guarantee or reserve a parking space.
Q. What if I want to cancel my season ticket before its expiry date?
A. The Council will consider issuing refunds for the remaining complete months on 6 and 12 month season tickets ONLY, subject to there being at least 2 complete months remaining. Your season ticket will be cancelled once we have received it and a £11 administration fee will be charged.
