NHS staff, Health and Social Care workers and NHS Covid-19 Volunteers can park for free on all surface car parks (excluding Riverside Undercroft and Waterfront Multi-storey) if displaying the appropriate permit. Details on obtaining a permit and where you can park for free.
Social distancing is in place on all car parks further information can be found on the Gov.uk website.
Prices increased on 16 March on all Stafford Borough Council car parks, this also includes evening and Sunday charging. Three car parks have also changed their names:

Lammascote Gyratory - North Walls
Tenterbanks - Victoria Park

Electric Vehicle Charging
Electric vehicle charging spaces are available on the following car parks.
- Castle Hill Variable stay - 2 electric charging spaces
- Civic Centre Variable stay - 2 electric charging space
The spaces are reserved for electric vehicles whilst on charge only; before 10.00am and then for all users thereafter. See the Parkopedia website for a map and prices.
If you wish to use these spaces, just park up, pay for your parking at the normal rate as displayed on the tariff board and charge up your vehicle.
Park Mark Car Parks in Stafford and Stone
Ten car parks in Stafford and Stone have been awarded the prestigious Park Mark Award that is only given to Car Parks that have demonstrated they are concerned with Safety and have taken positive steps to ensure that they are secured and safe from crime.
